How to reach us
For anything urgent — water escaping, no cooling, a burning smell from electrics — call rather than emailing. For everything else, whichever is easiest reaches the same place.

What to include
The more specific the message, the faster the answer. Useful details: what is happening, how long it has been happening, the make and model if equipment is involved, your area, and a photograph. Most jobs can be priced from a good photograph without a visit.
Emergencies
If water is escaping, close the main stopcock first. If a circuit is tripping repeatedly or there is a burning smell, switch that circuit off at the board and leave it off. Then call. Those two steps prevent more damage than anything we can do in the time it takes to reach you.
