Our Services
One team covering the whole property — so there is one number to call and one company accountable for the result.
Why one contractor instead of five
Most Dubai households keep a mental list of numbers: someone for the AC, someone else for plumbing, a third person for electrical, and whoever they can find for everything else. It works until two of those problems overlap, at which point each contractor explains that the fault is in the other trade.
Covering the whole property removes that. A leak that turns out to be a condensate drain, a tripping circuit that turns out to be a water heater element — these are single jobs when one company handles both trades, and a scheduling problem when they do not.
What we cover
Air conditioning
Servicing, repair, replacement, duct cleaning and coil cleaning. The largest single category of work in Dubai, and the one where neglect gets expensive fastest.
Plumbing
Leak detection, pipework, water heaters, drainage and sanitaryware — with detection equipment rather than exploratory holes.
Electrical
Fault finding, distribution boards, rewiring, lighting and sockets, tested and documented.
Property upkeep
Handyman work, painting and decorating, and water tank cleaning — the maintenance that keeps a property from gradually degrading.
How we price
Every job is quoted before work begins. Where a fault needs diagnosis before it can be priced, we charge for the diagnosis, tell you what we found, and quote the repair separately — so you are never approving a number that has not been explained.
What we do not do is start work and present a figure afterwards. In a trade where that is common, it is worth stating plainly.
Emergency and scheduled work
Both are available. Emergencies are handled without a contract; scheduled work can be booked ad hoc or covered by an annual maintenance contract, which is generally the cheaper route for anyone who needs regular AC servicing anyway.
