No. Everything we do is available on an ad hoc basis, and emergency call-outs never require a contract. Contracts make sense when you have enough units that scheduled servicing is a real annual cost anyway, or when being without cooling for several days genuinely is not an option.

Quoted before work starts, always. Where diagnosis is needed first, that is priced separately and the repair quoted once we know what is wrong. Nothing gets carried out on the assumption you will approve the cost afterwards.

Yes, and most of our work is in occupied homes and trading businesses. We sheet and protect work areas, keep disruption to one room at a time where possible, and clear up properly afterwards. For commercial premises we schedule outside trading hours where that is what the job needs.
